EXHIBITOR SERVICES MANUAL SUMMARY
Also known as “materials handling,” drayage is the labor to receive freight during move-in, delivering it to your booth, removing empty containers, storing and returning them after the show, and loading materials for outbound shipping. Please refer to our Advanced Warehouse and Direct to Show shipping forms. Rates are based upon incoming weight only, whether the services are used completely or in part. The weight is rounded up to the next hundred pounds and is taken from the Inbound Bill of Lading.
Freight handling charges are the responsibility of the exhibiting company for whom the materials have been received and handled. The exhibiting company may not assign this responsibility to suppliers or customers.
All booths include a 10’ by 10’ showcase area, ID signage, 8’ high back wall drape, 3’ high sidewall drape, one (1) skirted table, two (2) chairs, wastebasket, five (5) exhibitor badges and business listing in The Black Women’s Expo Welcome Guide.
BOOTH IDENTIFICATION SIGN
All exhibitor spaces will be identified with a clean, simple 7” x 44” single line booth sign that includes company name and booth number.
While carpet is clean upon installation, display installation may cause your carpet to become soiled. For that reason, Wisconsin Expo, Inc. (WI Expo, Inc.) has vacuuming and shampooing services available. WI Expo, Inc. also offers exhibit cleaning services. To ensure your booth is show ready, we recommend ordering vacuuming once prior to show opening. If you require additional cleaning services, please complete the Cleaning Services Form located in the Exhibitor Kit.
If you would like to have MC Displays/WI Expo customize your booth in any way that involves hanging signs, booth furniture, special booth draping, carpeting, standing displays, showcase, and modular rental displays, please return one of the booth order forms located in the BWE Exhibitor Service Kit. MC Displays/WI Expo will provide a quote that must be approved by the Exhibitor before the production of the custom work starts. Alternatively, you may contract an installer to do such work for you, consistent with the rules regarding Exhibitor Appointed Contractors.
All standard booths include a 10’ by 10’ showcase area, ID signage, 8’ high back wall drape, 3’ high sidewall drape, one (1) skirted table, two (2) chairs, wastebasket, five (5) exhibitor badges, business listing in The Black Women’s Expo Welcome Guide. Please review quantities on your contract for the Basic Equipment Package. See the booth equipment form in the BWE Exhibitor Kit for a listing of additional equipment and services available.
